Frequently Asked Questions

What time is check in?

Normally at 2 PM but if you arrive early and the room is ready we can check you in. Please send us your flight arrival time as soon as you have it.

What time is check out?

Preferred time is 12:00 noon but if you need a later time and we can help, we will!

Currency exchange?

Currency exchange is not a requirement, US Dollars are accepted island wide from most vendors. The conversion from USD to Cayman Islands currency 0.82 - $1.00 USD = $0.82 cents.

Beach towels?

Beach towels are provided in the condo.

Bath towels?

Bath towels are provided in the condo.

Maid service?

Maid service is provided every third day of your stay. Feel free to stop by the office to request additional towels as needed.

What is your summer cancellation policy?

For our summer and fall season of around mid April to mid December a deposit of one night is required and if you cancel more than 30 days in advance you are entitled to a full refund for your stay.

What is your winter cancellation policy?

For our winter season of around early January to mid April a 3 night deposit is required and if you cancel more than 60 days in advance you are entitled to a full refund for your stay.

Washer/Dryer?

Washer/Dryer are available in the unit, each condo features a stackable unit.

Laundry detergent?

Laundry detergent, this is available on request but we would also recommend purchase from the local grocery store.

Shuttle service?

While we do not offer a shuttle service, once you arrive and have cleared customs, the Taxi Dispatcher will arrange to get you in the next cab out of the airport. We are located approximately 15 minutes away from the airport.

Hair Dryers?

Hair Dryers are provided in each bathroom of your unit.
